2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt when requesting a return.
3. How to Start a Return

The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
A brief explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong size, etc.).
Photos of the product, especially if the item is damaged.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Sky9Cue will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
